This Web site is offered to the user conditioned on acceptance by the user ("User" or "you") without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing and using this Web site, the User agrees to be bound to all such terms, conditions, and notices (the "Agreement").
Refund/Exchange Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged no less than 24 hours prior to a performance for a $3.00 per ticket fee though subscribers purchasing a multi-show package are allowed to exchange with no charge. All exchanges must be for a different performance of the same show. Tickets must be returned to the box office before an exchange will be made.
Privacy Policy
Surflight Theatre is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data it receives from customers, including credit card numbers and Social Security numbers, in compliance with all relevant data protection and privacy laws. Access to personal data is limited to those individuals who must access such information to perform their duties and/or to provide services to our customers. All such individuals are prohibited from making any unauthorized or unlawful disclosure. This information is maintained and disposed of in strict accordance with our information security and record retention standards.
Shipping Methods
Surflight Theatre will either hold all tickets ordered at the box office or, for a per order fee of $3, send the tickets ordered via US Mail to the purchaser. Surflight makes no further promise or assurance beyond promptly mailing such items. In addition, Surflight reserves the right to apply appropriate shipping fees, provided these fees are discussed and agreed to with the purchaser, for large items and merchandise that will require additional handling and/or postage.
